The scheme allows you to pass leads on to Gateway Homes through our secure website using a unique username and password combination and Gateway will make an offer to buy the property. If the offer is accepted we will complete in a timescale to suit all parties concerned and as we are heavily cash funded this can be done as quickly as possible. Furthermore we will take care of all associated costs and pay a further commission to the introducer.
This is ideal for those that would like to earn an additional income simply by sourcing properties or those that need to turn unwanted properties into cash in a very short timescale. Our buying criteria is typically up to 75% of Open Market Value.
