Both myself and Paul have other business interests within the property market and have a wealth of experience which we bring to Gateway Homes.
We jointly own a large portfolio of properties, purchased over a number of years and have project managed numerous property renovation programs.
We also own a property lettings company which we have built into a substantial independent company. This gives us a vast experience in the rental market together with a knowledge and understanding of landlords and investors.
Over the last few years we have been in regular contact with local councils to identify areas of regeneration helping us to understand the future potential of the housing market in your town.
