With over 30 years experience in the property market I am able to provide a unique insight into the buying and selling process. Dealing on a daily basis with both buyers and sellers, negotiating with surveyors and solicitors, discussing proposals with Estate Agents and Property Consultants.
Having run my own businesses for the past 10 years, I understand the importance of customer service and putting the needs of the client first. This ensures that any customer is ensured of a personal service with their needs and aspirations given priority. People sell properties for a variety of reasons but every sale is unique in its own right and therefore should be treated as so, a “one size fits all” approach is certainly not what is offered or delivered here.
